3 Easy Hacks to Grow Your Sales For Free:

1. Email Your Customer List

“This isn’t a hack!” … Probably you reading this right now 😄

“Does anyone read emails anymore???” An actual contributor to this email said to me yesterday LOL!

“I’ve done over $50,000,000 in sales from email.” Noah Kagan

80% of small and midsized businesses say that email marketing is their most important online tool for customer retention.

It seems simple enough…You have past customers who have purchased something from you or to whom you have given a quote, and chances are you have their email addresses, so why not reach out to them?
There are plenty of reasons why you would want to contact your customers. However, this is a growth hack, so we will focus on the benefits to your sales.
By the way, it doesn’t matter if your business is B2B, B2C, or both; emailing your clients regularly is equally important.

Our top 3 reasons why to use email to grow your business:

  1. Email keeps your past customers warm and engaged = Referrals and Repeat Customers 🤗

  2. Email Builds Relationships and Trust = Referrals and Repeat Customers

  3. Email allows you to share specific calls to action - Sales, Promos, Special Events, etc. = Referrals and Repeat Customers

👉️ Email Marketing = Referrals and Repeat customers! 😀

STEP 1 - Compile and Build Your List

STEP 2 - Email them!

👆️ Well yes, but there is a lot more detail required to execute a good email campaign, which we will cover in future newsletters!😎👊

Building a robust email list is the main driver of audience engagement, contributing to new and continued business. If there is one thing that most successful businesses have in common, it’s the value they place on maintaining and safeguarding their contacts.
Watch your email marketing efforts drive success for your business. 🥇

2. Create a System To Grow Your Online Reviews and Testimonials

Online Reviews

So you want to go out for dinner somewhere new? What do you do?  Google it, check out the reviews and make a decision. This is the same path your customers will take when searching for a new countertop.  Consumers today rely heavily on online reviews to make informed purchasing decisions. I am sure you all know the importance of review.

Over nine out of ten customers (95%) read product reviews before purchasing something.

The average consumer reads 10 online reviews before making a purchase decision.

84% of people trust online reviews as much as personal recommendations

Testimonials

A testimonial is an endorsement by someone who has had firsthand experience with a product or service and is willing to share their thoughts publicly.
✴️Testimonials serve as proof and significantly impact consumers' trust. They are endorsements from satisfied customers, instilling confidence in potential buyers.

72% of customers say positive testimonials make them trust a business more!

👉 How do you get more reviews and testimonials?

You ask for them.

By asking satisfied customers to share their positive experiences, you build credibility for your business and create a sense of trust among potential customers.
And then post them. On your website, social media … everywhere!
The easier it is for customers to leave review, the more likely you are to get them, so please automate this process! (Get used to hearing me say, “Automate that process.” LOL.) Bonus points if your business has a monthly competition to see who can get the most reviews.
👉️ We will dive deep into some tools and tactics for acquiring reviews easily in future newsletters.

3. Collaborations and Partnerships

Collaborating with other businesses can be a great strategy to boost sales and expand your reach. 🤯  Set yourself apart from your competitors by doing this!
Look for businesses that complement your products or services.
For example, collaborate on joint marketing campaigns or events. This can include hosting co-branded promotions, sponsoring events together, or creating content that showcases both businesses. By working together on marketing initiatives, you can leverage each other's strengths and reach a larger audience than you could on your own.

Fun fact: it could be anyone from a local painter, flooring store, real estate agent, specialty donut shop… anyone who is doing business in your area!

When proposing a collaboration, make sure to highlight the value that your partnership can bring to both businesses. Both businesses should see a positive impact on their sales and growth as a result of the collaboration. BOOM! 💥
